VAYA Pfunds

This is a newly renovated hotel with beautiful interior design and attention to details. It’s spa area accommodates a spacious swimming pool and a separate sauna lounge. Our room was cozy and relaxing. A bed is just like it should be in a 4 star hotel - tall with a comfortable mattress having just the right balance between firmness and coziness. It was a nice surprise to discover a Nespresso machine with variety of coffee pads instead of instant coffee packages. We also enjoyed dinners - especially beautifully arranged plating of main dishes and deserts. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The only improvement that I would suggest is for the hotel to check the heating system, as it was a bit too warm in the room, as well as in the sauna lounge (not sauna rooms themselves - there the temperature was just right) All in all we enjoyed our stay in Vaya Pfunds.

Great food, kind people. We stayed at hotel Tyrol for 7 days, to try all best ski resorts nearby - Nouders, Samnaun, Izhl. All of them are in 20 minutes of driving and accessible from hotel by free ski bus, which are departuring often. Dinners are at the level of 4* restaurant. Breakfast is buffet, but with limited choice and without sweets and cakes. Staff speaks English and always kind and helpful. There are about 6 parking places in a front of Hotel and another 6-8 behind. There's also garage for about 10 cars, with direct access to elevator and ski storage, but you have to book it (advisable). Good internet 20/20 mb/s. Minuses: tiny room size, small breakfast choice, shampoo and body gel combined, no extras provided like ear sticks etc.
